St. John's East Liberal Candidate Walter (Wally) Noel gets an A for re-cycling. While driving down McDonald Drive in the city's east end I spied this sign with a much younger featuring a much younger Walter Noel from elections past.I will not hazard a guess if this is a green campaign or if this is evidence that Senator Cook is finding it a little hard to raise funds for signs and the like this time around. Walter has not worked for you (if you he means the voter) since 2003 when the former Mayor of Burin parachuted into his district and defeated him.
